郑东海,男,研究员,生于1986年,中共党员,博士学历,博士学位。2015年于荷兰特文特大学获水文气象专业博士学位。现任中国科学院青藏高原研究所研究员,兼任成都信息工程大学威尼斯wnsr888(中国)有限公司硕士生导师。
